IMO, it's a very tricky situation for both, TPL and PTSC. TPL needs MMP money to proceed with their business model; PTSC needs money to be someday :-)))) independent or less dependent from the MMP. At the moment TPL has the knowlege and layers, PTSC has more or less the money.

The base for both is to generate revenues via more MMP licenses. Hence, they should not fight against each other. As they do, I don't know how to proceed with the MMP.

I think potential infrigers notice the dispute and going to be happy. This is, besides the BOD, my biggest concern!
