would be an announcement of trial date before end of year, assumming that the major discovery is over and both sides are satisfied with what they have recieved in relation to what they asked for. Nothing negative or positive except that things moving forward. Agree w/ SGE1 that worst case, PTSC would be entitled to 50%. Brian..enjoy NY.. Happy New Year. joe
