My question regarding this statement is

1. Why isnt Alliacense also included in this statement? Isnt Alliacense essential marketing the MMP for TPL/PTSC.

2. Could it be that PTSC wants to ensure that from now on only TPL license the MMP... and not through Alliacense or another subdivision/ JV of TPL?

3. Is Alliacense wholly owned by TPL, is registered as a seperate company/sister company... or just a department? or could outside investors/shareholders hold a stake in Alliacense----

I dont know... just thinking out loud....
