Might being outnumbered on the PDS management committee be the reason it took this long? Things appear to be going sour for Leckrone/TPL. That swing vote on the PDS MC may have seen the light (or documented proof), to aid in the change of heart. But would/could PTSC have done anything like this w/o that swing vote?
