My understanding is that PDS ONLY involves PTSC and TPL, 50% owned by each. Other patent portfolio owners have separate financial mechanisms with TPL to perform similar activities (money distribution and funding of Alliacense to support activities involving their patent portfolio).

We KNOW this about PDS, its formation, its sole purpose. Why are waters being muddied?
