1. & 3. Alliacense is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TPL. So mention of TPL encompasses Alliacense, and Lecky.

2. No. My interpretation is that PTSC wants TPL/Alliacense to place primary focus on licensing the MMP because TPL owes $1M (or 2) to PTSC to be repaid through future MMP licensing revenues.
