SGE1 - Your "ideas" fly in the face of PTSC FACTS

What you keep "explaining", while perhaps interesting and perhaps delusional, is actually in CONTRADICTION to the FACTS presented by PTSC in their PR.
You argue for the reasons you state, that the second resolution indicates that TPL MUST market the other patent portfolios with the MMP, but the actual FACTS are that the PR states that the second resolution is to prohibit TPL from marketing those patent portfolios with the MMP:
"TPL must NOT market ........."
You argue that your read must be correct because Lecky must've voted for the resolution for it to have passed, but the actual FACTS are that the PR states that the TPL rep to the management committee voted AGAINST the resolutions. Leckrone IS the TPL rep.
"The TPL representative on the PDS Management Committee voted against the resolutions....."
You argue that Lecky must've agreed, yet the FACTS are that the PR states that TPL has not agreed to the resolutions.
TPL has not expressed its acquiescence to the resolutions.
According to what PTSC has publicly disseminated, you are completely wrong, SGE1. You chastise me for apparently not reading or comprehending, yet it appears as though you are simply choosing to IGNORE what the company has told the public. Your insistence to do so appears almost as though you have a deliberate intent to mislead through your comments. You've connected dots that the company has expressly contradicted.
This will be my last post on this, but I made this last one for those here who might not be familiar with the agreements between TPL and PTSC, (which based on your posting, I'm prepared to lump you in with that group) and/or have not taken the time to read the actual PR, but are instead relying on the discussion here.
To them, I advise reading what the PR ACTUALLY says, review the Master Agreements and realize that PTSC has taken an adversarial position with its licensing partner and has told them to cease and desist in attempting to make other business deals along with the MMP licensing efforts. This may have far reaching implications.
