What resources would PDS have? None IMO... its just a shell.. more than anything an accounting necessity since two different companies had to split the 1 payment coming in from the customer. Also served the purpose of controlling the aspects/direction the MMP licensing should take...

TPL used their own resources to market other licenses----- part of the reason PTSC decided to allow TPL to market the license agreements is because TPL already had the structure/people to do this.
