Having called once before demonstrated all I need to know about TPL. We are smack in the middle of the vipers den. I chose to ignore that even as every bell, whistle and red flag went off in my head after the S/P began falling following the Sony announcement.

IMO, this is a major development that will severely alter PTSC's immediate future. I expect licensing to collapse in the near term. The only remaining hope is a surprise (profitable) announcement concerning CDX whether that be a partnership or out right sale. IMO, this has gone to far with all parties appearing to be splintered. I cannot envision any potential infringer licensing knowing full good and well that the licensees' are currently in dispute with one another. TPL doesn't have the financing to go forward. I don't know how anyone could argue with that at this juncture. Papa Leckrone has shown his hand, I feel almost certain of that. The problem is Patriot's financial strength is only marginally better in regards to their ability to spend capital on lawsuits.
