Well, I too talked to attendees of the AMS, including lengthy discussion with a very heavy hitter. The above had to do with future intent (a policy shift), dedicating greater resources to Alliacense to more aggressively identify and pursue infringers. The "80%" of future revenuse from the MMP are planned to go to Alliacense (not TPL per se). It's called "putting the money where it can do the most good", recognizing a window of opportunity that is closing.
