You didn't, and I never said that you said anything about termination. I was simply offering information on the assumption that we were in the present. Sorry, I did not read the entire thread. I responded to what was said in the post and did not realize you had the 20/20 glasses on, living in the past.

Anyhow, it was always my understanding that Moore's 50% was already committed to TPL, hence shopping for another company to handle licensing makes no sense to me, even in 20/20 hindsight.
