I'm not saying that it's definitely that, but the timing opens the question, IMO.
Shareholders have been crying out for years that there it may compromise MMP licensing (either in expense or license fees, or perhaps even in getting one signed) wih these multi-portfolio license negotiations that have been clearly going on over the years, and the company has dismissed our concerns. However, as soon as it was reveald and PUBLISHED in the public realm in a court filing that this was definitely happening and potentially affecting negotiations and legal proceedings with HTC, we see the filing of a complaint by PTSC.
