Do you think PTSC would have access to TPL licensing books other than PDS?.......This whole issue was brought up long before PTSC NOW acknowledges there is an issue but yet if we can't even secure the simplest of a million dollar loan, what makes you believe PTSC is going to be savy enough to determine if TPL is honorably operating under agreement in PTSC's best interest?........
