I, as I think most, agree with you on the thrust of the complaint. I'd add also, though, that it may not be JUST about price, but it may be that TPL's insistence on including other "business" in their negotiations may becoming a barrier to even getting an MMP license signed at all. Especially if their making one deal contingent on the other. Hard to know, though if the judge rules NOT to seal the info, we may find more out in May.
