What if PTSC wins this case against TPL? What if "if" is "when"?

Just wondering out loud what will happen when/if PTSC wins this case against TPL. I believe it is a possibility that if it is revealed that money was not paid to PTSC like it should have been PTSC will get that money and have claims for harm and more.

I have strong beliefs that TPL wants the records sealed for monetary self serving reasons.
