I spent 20 years working for myself. I enjoyed the challenges of the work. Not so much chasing people down for payment, or the lack of dedication by employee to do a good job. Had to do way too much myself. I worked long hours late into the weekends regularly. I spent much time and effort caring about employees, giving second, third, fourth, and fifth chances but feel I was let down by their efforts. My largest regret is that I wish I could have been more successful in that regard.
