The reason Gloria is asking for the 120 extra days is to keep anyone from submiting a petition for inclusion as a member of the board of directors by May 31, 2010. Count the days, she is asking us to wait until June 1, 2010 for "something" to happen. Once it doesn't happen, it doesn't matter, it's too late for us to vote her (or Johnson) out for ANOTHER year.

This might seem like a simple explanation of why she is asking for 120 additional days, but it makes perfectly good sense to me.
