I believe that Turley was a member of our BoD as Technology Chairperson before he became CEO. He had never been a CEO of a public corporation. What were they thinking?

Tredennick is a design engineer and he was played up as brilliant, well connected having technical, analytical and business skills that will play a vital role in our board. Where is he now?

Goerner was appointed as interim president on 2/29/09. Given permanent title on 11/10/08. Supposedly he had extensive experience as an operating Manager and CEO with technology companies. If he was such a an incompetent CEO wouldn't the board have figured this out in his first nine months before making him a permanent CEO?

Do we point fingers at these folks for $.10 or do we look somewhere else for accountability.
