But keep in mind, the same thing happened on the '336. Then Henneman takes it from there, and reworks the language, or reargues the points to refute the examiner, and hopefully through that process and conversatoin with the examiner, they come to mutually acceptable language that allows the NIRC to be issued. Here's the history on the '890. The good thing is that this is at least progress. On the '336, from Final Rejection to NIRC was about 6 months. I included the '336 partial history below the '890 info.
