This reex has a Final Rejection after only one Non-Final Action and one response. I think this indicates that all of the unknowns have been worked out and that only the terminology of the definitions of the claims have to be clarified. An Examiner Interview Summary Record usually follows and should shed more light on the outcome. Corrections welcomed.
