Isn't the SEC requirement fulfilled by Mr. Flowers, and not Ms Felcyn? Isn't that part of Mr. Flowers' job as the Chief Financial Officer? Why don't you give credit where credit is due? But you knew that right? Piled High and Deep, yeah, right. LOL.
