Yep, that's a good summary where we are.

For me, it's like being back in 2005 when PTSC was fighting with TPL. Unfortunately, many good things happend in between to take profit or the exit. I am, for myself like others too, missed the exit.

In case of the MMP, I am still convinced, based on the technical facts, that we are more or less save. What makes me more nervous is the dispute of PTSC and TPL.
