I recognize a very probable error (by me) in my last post. I said:

" PDS expense appears to be $580K/qtr (each, per the 10Q)."

While what I said was true for the reported qtr., this ignores the fact that there were a few licenses "sold" during that qtr., monies from which would constitute a "contribution" to PDS since I do not believe PDS distributed any of those monies to PTSC/TPL.

Just fixing a mistake...
