You where directing this post to all but replied to mine... What I tried to say was how can you...????? we are in the dark... as far as Burn Rate this was discussed in some length but seems to need no definiation..."Burn Rate" is used when a company is spending more than it is making...!!!

So what we use... when the MMP was in good shape,,, thier was no burn rate!!!

When the PTO put us through the ringer (336) the burn for Ptsc was about 2 million a 1/4 however this included none MMP business too...

PTO appears to have changed & recertified the 336 then another re-exam... the Decmeber IMHO showed no or litlle burn rate...(all write down..one time charges).. now the latest 1/4 showed a burnrate similar to the year earlier...

So if the PTO comes through would we use no burn rate????

what is the finaicail state of TPL.. they where trying to hire people???

what happeneed with HTC... did we have a setllelment then Lecky blew it by trying to sell his flash patents????

IMHO we have about 14-15 million in assets or funding... but have no diea how you can calculate this burn rate... next year we may have plenty of cash!!!!!
