I provided this yesterday. Intel made hundreds upon hundreds of billions and PTSC was not involved in the agreements. Leckrone sold them for peanuts because he was cash strapped like he is now. Eventually PTSC agreed to the deal because Leckrone basically conned them into joint ownership. This again calls for a coalition that could be established between PTSC and Moore. He also was conned by TPL.

There is no doubt that Intel was and is culpable. They got away with murder because of TPL's desire for a quick buck. Hopefully, PTSC could at a minimum obtain release of all companies that purchased Intel products with 336 to remain culpable. Lawyers are smarter than I am and could obviously figure another approach that would be even better.

What is evident is that PTSC and even TPL got screwed by the terms of the deal because of critical desire to get funds immediately.

Also, HTC thought nothing of going after Apple for patent infringement and here HTC is infringing the 336 and we are screwing around with Leckrone in trouble with Judge Fogel for underhanded dealings that have strategically hurt MMP in his self interest of manipulating the deal to get money for patents that may be worthless? to steer a majority of the money to TPL. Is this criminal activity in addition to being civil?
