Sorry, I was in a rush writing. This makes a little more sense.

Contact your Congressional REP or Senator.
Please look at attached page. Note on this page the 3 important patents of the MMP. You need to have all the numbers when addressing the patent, i.e. 336 means nothing, 5,809,336 means everything. The same with the other 2 patents. Contact your congressman or Senator to get what we all deserve, VALIDATION of the MMP! We have waited too long!
This is easy to do. Congressional REPS and Senators are all under the gun to reduce bureaucracy, reduce the affect of strong lobbies and to watch after the little guy. You can't get much smaller than individual investors. This is your chance to help yourself, help the patent process and help PTSC get a definitive answer. You can find REP's contact point in the local yellow pages or google it.
It is your right as an American citizen. The US Patent and Trade office is operated by the Federal Government ( personally, I am 1000% disgusted with what is going on at USPTO. Bureaucracy gone awry. SGE, Duck, Fatwolitt said it right, why are we still waiting???). This investment, if it is at all important to you, is being held up by a bureaucratic process that is really at the very heart of the innovative process of the patent process, USPTO is supposed to be the protector of the inventor. We have invested in these inventors Fish and Moore who changed the entire computing process and received little for the enormity of their great invention that we support and believe in as investors.
Your request to your REP should be extremely simple: I am an investor and I have invested in these three patents. List the patents. Action needs to be taken now to determine their revalidation as this is affecting a significant investment that I as your constituent need immediate clarification on. You might also mention that powerful lobbies seem to be at work thwarting the revalidation of these patents (which is 100% true). You can do this telephonically if you have the complete patent number in front of you. The REP can request this action and report back to you on progress. I would not recommend doing this as a group BUT this has gone on long enough. We have waited long enough.
I will be contacting my congressman tomorrow. There is strength in numbers. Please contact them immediately. IT IS YOUR RIGHT!!! It is CRUCIAL, we have waited LONG ENOUGH!!!!!
I will contact Mr. Flowers tomorrow and leave on his voice mail at least that we need to be supporting Larry Hennneman monetarily or otherwise to pursue revalidation.
