From my perspective, the corruption comes in where large corporate entities hire lobbyists and organizations that will continuously request that prior art exists in a million different methods that results in continuous relooks of the patent.

In fact, that is exactly what has occurrred. They are attempting to run this out forever , well beyond the expiration date of the patents.

This is where our involvement of letting Senators, Congressman know what is afoot can pay big dividends. The 336 is being purposely held in a limbo state by parties that 100% do not want it completely validated under any circumstances.

This is the obvious crime that is being perpetrated by manipulating the rules of the USPTO against the Inventor that has resulted in revalidation for several years and thousands of hours of examiners time that has cost PTSC millions in legitimate licensing fees from companies like Apple, IBM, etc, etc, etc.
