IMO, you're correct in questioning that. PTSC has not EARNED our trust in these issues, and thus leave all things up to question and suspicion, and very deservedly so, IMO. I can only go by their statement in the PR that they would argue against the sealing, HOWEVER, as we have come to learn, that hearing never happened when it was supposed to, and now PTSC won't respond to questions about it. Disgusting is one way to describe it......
