Been a PTSC SH for about 6 years now and I'm amazed as to why the recert is taking so freaking long. I would guess they are starting from scratch and we all know how long the last one took. My question/concern is God for bid we do not get recertified after we have had a "valid" patent as well as being recertified a "couple" of times.

If it is recertified will that be it?

Non secure loan to TPL, how dumb was that but I believe TPL had us cornered... I'm at the end of my rope wondering what's next????

To me it's in the hands of the USPTO but add the constant TPL issue/mix and who knows...
