"Almost every decision the BOD made in the past was initially well received by almost everyone on this forum. For some instances: like when they announced dividends, when they picked new CEOs or new board members, even going back when they signed all the agreements with TPL. At first that seemed a logical move. Why fight in court when joining forces seemed like a solid decision.

Now we have a gaggle of Monday morning QBs on this board. Easy to criticize after the fact."

Please don't include me as a Monday morning QB. I've had my concerns for a long time and when they were raised they were mostly iqnored.I was never satisfied with our commericalization agreements, the new company set-up, or the way News Releases were handled.
