Regarding that Gloria email, I agree that it is certainly deserving of a more detailed look, especially at this point in time.

Regarding how to figure when the 120 days have elapsed, I agree that I should be determined on a "straight line" basis, i.e., 4 months to the day from the date of the AMS.

As far as company communications, I agree they are infrequent and typically include statements that are open to interpretation (As a "Contracts guy", this just drives me nuts. Things should always be written so there is no room for mis-interpretation.).

And they do make me wonder with their communication skills. That recent "resolution (ii)" is a good example. That was essentially a contract term, and contained a double negative. I know of no reasonably skilled writer of contract terms that would do that, or leave the least room for mis-interpretation. As it was, Lamberts and I went round and round and finally agreed to disagree on what that resolution actually meant. It doesn't even matter which one of us was correct, the fact that we (both reasonably intelligent people IMO) had a dispute over it says it all. Ridiculous.

As for your calculation of BoD/CEO compensation over the last 4 months, how do you figure $250K? 4 X $35K = $140K Still a lot of money. And we have no clue as to whether they're doing anything to earn it. I suspect there is a lot of activity (because there certainly should be).
