I see you are still hung up on Quanta. Can you verify that none of the other licensees to date use Intel or AMD chips? Can you verify that the language of the licensing agreements with any/all licenses doesn't negate Quanta? What chips are used by the companies with which we are currently in litigation? Intel, AMD, other prior licensee? And if such were the case, why hasn't this issue been raised in the instant litigation? (it would seem to be an "easy out").

Answer all the above in the absolute correct way, and your suggestion may have merit.
