"Why no MMP license?"

If a license is sold does it have to be announced? Could it be included as part of a package deal and not be announced? Could that part of a MMP licensing deal with Xi Computer be on hold until this PTSC and TPL tug of war is resolved?

Meanwhile what is going on with the PDSG story?
