Do you think there is a chance that another co. is working with PTSC on both the Crossflow and the MMP now? I still have to wonder why DM came on board.I have been preoccupied with other things and have not been able to follow this closely, but I did notice the statement that the "not sharing info" has been deliberate. Also noted that they said that it was for "the best of the shareholder". I am hoping that someone else has stepped up to the plate to take over TPL's duties. Perhaps bankerson's speculations (about CM and PTSC working together) has merit. I also wanted to ask you if you had heard anything back from the USPTO since your last email to them?
