It was based on the MMP, but then PTSC loaned TPL (? or Lecrone or CM or PDS or ?) money, almost 2 million. So it is not entirely about the MMP.

Did I miss the order from the court sealing the info? I thought that was still up in the air as a request from TPL/Lecrone. If that came thru here on the board could someone repost it. TIA

Is all litigation that could effect the MMP supposed to be reported to the USPTO? What constitutes "effect"?

No money? I believe there is money somewhere to protect our patents. I think it is a game of chicken prehaps?

Infighting could actually be a reason to slow things down or stop just as easily as speed them up. I believe that the USPTO examiner should not concern himself with outside arguing but stick to the facts about the patent's validity.

Those are my thoughts and observations. Others are welcome.
