Again, you have to ask yourself about the ramifications of an ongoing dispute between Moore and TPL for ownership. Just who is the USPTO in communication with? It makes perfect sense to me with one sticking point. Why hasn't the California legal process been affected if there exist an ownership dispute? It is all still a mystery!
