With all due respect, I believe that the letter was written by Gloria, so no need to confirm this with Deb. The point is, the company has so far remained silent when asked if Gloria did in fact write such a letter. If you remember, I was warned by investor relations to be careful about discovering material non public information and reporting it to shareholders. Wouldn't you agree that this is exactly what Gloria did? Perhaps she is guilty of the very thing they warned me about and the BoD does not wish to publically state this for liability reasons. But then again, what do I know, I am not a lawyer.

I am not looking for ways to hurt Gloria or anyone else. I'm just tired of the complete lack of respect for shareholders displayed by this BoD, as evidenced (IMHO) by the deafening silence we have had to endure while we sit at less that nine cents a share.

At the very least, David Phol, Jim Turley and Rick Goerner produced somewhat regular communications with shareholders. All we have now is a letter from a BoD member to an individual shareholder. I think we all deserve better.
