This may have been discussed before, however, I find it interesting that prior to the TPL Oct.5, 2009 Press Release about the wave of licencees, it was always mentioned that the MMP patent portfolio was jointly owned by TPL and Patriot. Since that date, I could not find any TPL press release that references PTSC as joint owner.

I had previously asked Kelly Williams about this (TPL's communications contact)and she seemed genuinely surprised and unaware of the change. She told me at the time that she would look into it and get back to me. Of course, I never heard from her again.

Perhaps it means nothing....
