Moore was not underhanded. His name is on the patent. He has not sold or assigned his rights. He can legitimately sign any license deal he wants on a non-exclusive basis. AND........he has no obligation to share anything with PTSC. The burden is now solely on PTSC to prove MOORE had NOTHING to do with ANY of the ``336`` patent claims.
