Sarbanes Oxley compliance has been your best insurance against outright fraud. After Sarbanes is recinded, Bush tax cuts retired and financial reforms reinstated companies can then start business planning and addressing liabilities like patent infringement. All properly timed by an officious congress, Urkel might even draw some benefit. Congress is hopefully still due a purge no matter what the outcome going forward. Bottom line: most of this economy is run on BUNCO. Until it resumes we remain stalled. Just my take.
