Couldn't agree more. But I find it quite curious that they are so efficient in granting reexam request, and so tardy at processing them. If it were the other way around they would be an effective, adapt agency ran at ultimate proficiency with no backlog. Their only problem would be that there would be no increases in their anual budget, and the only ones complaining would be big business.
