I believe your opinion is flawed. The patent owner and his attorney can only respond to examiners questions and supply pertinent information. Doing anything more than that does in fact rsik upsetting people at the USPTO. And that is exactly why shareholders voiced their concerns. Do you actually think it would be better if the patent owner or attorney complained? Or are you saying there is nothing to complain about?
