First of all, I don't believe that Brian said he was against having letters sent to the PTO. What I believe his message to be is that the letters were sent in the hopes of moving the PTO to a conclusion of the re-exam,while there seems to be very little public support (on agoracom) to exert the same amount of effort in dealing with management/BoD of PTSC.
The shareholder meeting has long since passed as has Gloria's plea for 120 days to wait for news. If we are supposed to have our annual shareholder meeting in October, aren't we due (long overdue in my opinion) for some communication to shareholders. Does anybody want to take a guess as to when and where the meeting will be held this year?
Baroni has been on the payroll for almost a year and no news. Mistry has been on the payroll for six months and no news. Gloria's 120 days has come and gone and no news. I would suggest that the same letter writers take some time and write to the BoD with the same tone, intensity and frustration as with the PTO. In my opinion, the BoD has zero respect for shareholders. Why should they. We cry only to each other on this board and very few publically acknowledge any contact with PTSC. I have been completely open and honest about my communications with the USPTO and with PTSC as well as the responses I have received from both.
How long will the excuses continue for Directors who do NOT deserve to receive one more paycheck while we sit at 8 cents? They have chopped us off at the knees and if we don't put the pressure on, how long will it be before all of us bleed out?
