As with anything in business, no one person is expert on everything. So, people (management, in business, if they are smart) rely on resident experts or acquired expertise. Our "acquired expertise" is in the form of Mr. Henneman.
Personally, I'm comfortable with relying on his expertise and his opinions. He has advised of his opinion re: the '336 re-exam in his 3/2/10 transmittal. Our opinions don't matter. His does.
Is there some reason for your apparent reluctance to accept his opinion? Skilled in the art (with the backing of Alliacense) and a career dedicated to working with the PTO, and you suggest he doesn't know what he's talking about, or what he's doing?
Please advise.
