Message: My Agenda

Fact:

1. My husband and I have been shareholders since 2006

2. We've lost a great deal this past year on many levels, however, we have not lost our joie de vivre.

3. We cannot sell because we are too far upside down or we would have been long gone. Truth is....if we could break even, we'd be out today.

4. I still believe in the value and potential of the MMPand if the re-cert is the singular event that increases the share price to break even for us, we are gone. However, I seriously doubt that this will happen.

5. I no longer believe in the value and the potential of those running this company

Solutions: None

Our bylaws allow for 7 directors. Last year the board decided that only five would be sufficient. Five overpaid, underproducing directors (IMHO)

Suggestions:

Find two of the largest shareholders who have absolutely no ties to any of the board members.

Ask those two shareholders if they are willing to serve on the BoD for NO compensation and to be the shareholder reps and watchdogs for all of us.

Demand that the board add these two new directors and give them voting rights.

Then let's see what happens.

Have a great day.
