I think TPL probably handled the change in ownership correctly..(over whatever Moore is claiming). Moore is too much of a loose cannon.... he made alot of money off the MMP... spent way too much... and TPL to further develop some new products/innovations that didnt go through....

as the money slowed... the music stops and everyone is looking for a chair.

If Moore has a strong case.. wouldnt we have seen more legal info on the case... ..... (unless im mistaked and there is more info on this) maybe its still too early??

Considering the mangnitute of the MMP collections early on---- pretty sure TPL covered their bases with Moore.... ( fair or unfair)
