Mr. Baily who posted here recently spoke of our bod members as being "good and honorable people" or something to that effect. That slight disclosure to me is an indication of some kind of alliance, perhaps even a legal alliance, or just an inclination to one. I just feel something is going on behind the scenes and I see TPL as the odd man out. Could be the reason for the halt in licenseing agreements. Anyway, something whatever it is, is going on and affecting recent develpements and it seems to point toward the relationships between Moore, PTSC.....and TPL. Mr. Baily also imo alluded to the above when he mentioned how TPL has non-disclosure agreements in all their legal agreements and proceedings and how enlightening it would be if all facts were known. I believe he was not only talking of past litigations but also of the current. I would think that at the very least all the parties involved in current litigation proceedings could not be hidden, or can they? I don't know. Wish I had Pacer access.

It would be so great to have TPL out of the way if only for the purpose of enlightenment. What a shame such a talented individual is such an a-hole to everyone. I don't need to mention names do I? TPL against the world...I think the world is going to win. Tip....I think he just might be the reason our manned quest of space has been limited to earth orbits.
