Thank you for your continuing pointing at the obvious which none of those "BoD changers" has answered so far - simply because they know they have no sustainable answer.
I've written this months ago:
Put Jobs, Gates and Buffet on the BoD and they, too, couldn't change the REAL situation. Of course they could change the perception of the company because everybody would expect them to do something big with PTSC but even that:

Only AFTER the USPTO has decided upon the MMP.

We are all under water, we are all disappointed and a lot of people (including me) have invested too much in this company/the patents. But everybody should have known the IP business is a contested field where the big companies rule the little ones.
And just because our self-appointed "experts" on this messaging board repeat it day for day new BoD members could move the shareprice it doesn't become more true - or in other words: it only shows their lack of business experience.
