As for the BOD pay, that is NOT an exageration by any means. You can find Fortune 500 companies where BOD members collect less than the $144K that CJ does, or the $120Kplus that Felcyn does. That's FACT.

I'm also sure that there are many Pink Sheet Companies where BoD members collect significantly more than CJ or Felcyn.
