For starters, when you post a message as a "Question for AGORACOM", that post will always appear on the Main Discussion Forum, and not the Off Topic Forum. The site is optimized that way to send admin's email alerts, whenever a question is posted (and we get dozens a day!!).

To avoid cluttering the forum with these type of requests, you are kindly invited to send us your messages to contactagora@agoracom.com.

As for ccraider, we've reviewed the violation in question after a handful of posters complained about the ban. We've looked at ccraider's history and feel that while he was out of line, still has a lot to contribute to the Community - so we reversed the ban on the premise of the Community's reaction, and on the poster's history.

This is not an indication of improper behavior or reactions towards you - quite the contrary as a member who has earned their HUB Leader status on this HUB, your peers feel quite highly of you.

However as you are fully aware, last week when tensions were high, people overreacted on more than one occassions; and judging by who the poster is and how many of your peers contacted AGORA to ask for ccraider's reinstatement to the board. So we reacted in accordance to your peers.
